How much does shipping and handling cost?


In the US, charges are as follows:
Ground - Standard shipping charges per order:$9.95
Priority Shipping 2nd Day Service - Add $25.00 to the Standard Shipping charges. Overnight Service - Add $25.00 to the Standard Shipping charges. Please Note: Priority shipping is not available for shipments to Canada , US Territories, P.O. Boxes or certain locations in Alaska . Shipments to these addresses will be sent via U.S. Postal Service. Please call us at 1-800-475-2952 with any questions. The above shipping charges apply to U.S. domestic locations only. International shipping charges are calculated based on a giving country.always check with the customer service for the International shipping charges. Custom Duty is the responsibility of the customers only.


When is my order processed?


Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Orders with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 10:30 am Pacific. Orders are not processed on major holidays. They will be processed the next business day.


When can I expect my order to be delivered?


USA Orders: Standard Shipping - your order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date.* 2nd Day Service - your order delivery within 2-3 business days from ship date. Overnight Service - your order delivery on next business day from ship date. Canadian Orders: Standard Shipping - your order delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date.* We regret at this time that Canadian orders are only shipped via courier and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Please Note: All orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).


How do I know if my order is being processed?

Why does Kayla discontinue certain products?


We apologize if we have discontinued your favorite Kayla product. We want you to know that before doing so we take into account many important factors:
  1. Another similar product has been developed which we believe provides much better performance.
  2. One of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process has been discontinued by the supplier, and we have been unable to find a suitable alternative.
  3. We are listening and reacting to our customers preferences and purchasing patterns.


What is the maximum purchase policy?


We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 10 units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750.00 per customer.


How can I find out about distributing Kayla products in North America?


We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet your expectations, simply return the product within seven days from your purchase date, and we will be happy to remit your account less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges we incurred to ship your order to you. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Kayla products. When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged to Kayla Online. In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
